Tax

All prices quoted are inclusive of tax (Local GST) for local customers.
This applies to overseas customers who choose to have your parcel sent to you via a mailing option during checkout.

If you are an overseas customer and choose to pick up your purchase from our local office, we will ADD 7% GST to your purchase and you may claim this back upon exit at the airport (only).


Shop currency

Currently, currencies supported are Singapore dollars (SGD) and United States dollars (USD).
The currency is displayed at the bottom of the page.
You may change to a different currency at the right-hand panel when viewing a product.



Please note the default currency is in SGD (Singapore dollars).

Create a user login

You can create a user login easily by following the on screen instruction using the "Create an account" page with your personal information (like bill-to address etc . . . ).

Make your purchase

You can then begin your online purchase by viewing the products and adding them to your shopping cart.
You can also access other information relating to your account like Order Status, View Completed Orders, Address Book, Wish List, view your Account Details as well as Recent Items.

Not In Stock Items - Backorders

Inventory is updated in real time.
When an item's availability shows "In-Stock" in it's product page, it's almost certain that it's in stock.
Please note, however, that we also serve many hobby shops who draw stocks regularly.
Therefore it is also possible that some items get out of stock before we update Playmore Hobby's inventory in time.
If this occurs, we will inform our customer to see if there is a need to place backorders.

When an item is out of stock, you will see "Out of Stock" or "Pre-Order", or any arrival information within the product page for this item.

If you wish to backorder (or pre-order) this item, you may add it to the cart and perform checkout as per normal.

Example :

We will contact you once we receive your order.
For items that are in stock, we will continue to process these items.
For backordered items, we will send you an email on estimate arrival.
Additional shipping charges may be applied for this.
You may decide to cancel this item.
And depending on the popularity of the backordered items, you may need to complete check out procedure with payment.

Shipping Methods

During check-out, you will be presented with a list of shipping methods available to your country.
The correct shipping cost will then be calculated.
We do not profiteer from shipping.
Securing your shipment is our priority, therefore we prefer to ship with the best couriers with online tracking.
Online tracking information for your parcel will be sent to after your parcel is shipped out.

During check-out please ensure that your shipping address is correct and updated.
